Fedora：Linux下数学工具R

Win下有Matlab，虽然Linux下也有，不过似乎破解的不多。在Linux下有免费的软件，名字叫R，直接安装在Fedora中，进入terminal
yum install R
然后进入窗口界面，输入R --gui=Tk下面是老外给的3个gui建议，后面是我个人的建议。

Rcmdr: R commander - run R as root, and install it from CRAN using the following commands （one line at a time）: Code:sudo Rinstall.packages（"Rcmdr"）q（）
A window will come up asking you to choose a mirror. Choose one and the package should get installed. After installation, quit R with the q（） command. You can then run R again as normal user and load the Rcmdr GUI with the command Code:Rlibrary（Rcmdr）
JGR: Java GUI for R - JGR is java based, and so should be platform independent. Google it and you should get to the home page. I"ve never actually tried it.Rkward: This one looks the most promising, but it still looks like its early in development. Not sure if there are Dapper .debs available or not.===========================
个人建议，在Fedora下，
su
变成root
然后输入：
R CMD javareconfR
install.packages（"JGR"）
library（JGR）
JGR（）就可以进入R的图形界面另一个工具是R的图形界面front end，直接在root teminal下输入：
yum install rkward
