Ubuntu安装Comsol Multiphysics 4.2出现错误

在Ubuntu 10.04上安装Comsol Multiphysics 4.2出现如下错误：

The program ‘SWT’ received an X Window System error.

The error was ‘BadDrawable （invalid Pixmap or Window parameter）’.

有方法说在.comsol/v42/comsol.prefs文件中添加一行graphics.rendering.2drend=swing，发现这个方法对我来说没有作用。实际上出现这个错误的原因是显卡驱动不对，或者说是没装好。Ubuntu显卡驱动可能不好搞，不过可以采用替代的方法：通过运行comsol -3drend sw命令忽略3d显示功能来运行comsol，这样comsol就可以完美运行了。Linux内存描述符mm_struct初窥Ubuntu 11.10/Ubuntu 10.4上安装Nagios相关资讯 Ubuntu安装教程
